Leadership Team

Dr. Hudson has been an educator for 24 years. She was a classroom history teacher for over 15 years in both California and Texas. Six of those years were as a World History and AP World History teacher at Lake Travis High School. Prior to becoming a Principal, she was a 504/Testing Coordinator, an Assistant Principal and an Academic Dean at Leander ISD and Hays CISD. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Iowa, a Master of Science degree from Western Illinois University and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Tech University. 

Dr. Hudson has three children who attend Lake Travis ISD schools and her husband, Roy, is also an Administrator in LTISD. In her free time, Dr. Hudson enjoys spending time with her family and seeking out new adventures during their travels. 

Keitha St. Clair earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas in Austin and completed her M.Ed with Lamar University.  Ms. St. Clair began her career with Judson ISD as a history teacher and coach.  She was later part of the team at Comal ISD that opened Canyon Lake High School where she served as an at-risk and credit recovery specialist.  Most recently, Ms. St. Clair served Blanco ISD as their Middle School Principal from 2013-16 and their High School Principal from 2016-20.  In her free time, Ms. St. Clair loves looking at the night sky, gardening, reading, hiking and spending quality time with family and loved ones (including her much loved pets).

Cristy Rizzoli earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em!). She taught elementary school for four years in Round Rock ISD, and then moved to Lake Travis Middle School as a math teacher for nine years. While teaching, she earned her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University. Ms. Rizzoli enjoys traveling, running, and watching UT football. She loves spending time with family and friends - especially getting to be with her nieces.

Proud Assistant Principal at Lake Travis Middle School and employee here in Lake Travis ISD. Before stepping into campus leadership, I spent several years in the classroom as a science teacher and on the field as a coach—two roles that helped shape how I connect with students and support their growth both academically and personally.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University (Wreck ’Em!) and later completed my master’s in educational leadership at Lubbock Christian University. My passion for education comes from wanting to create a positive, supportive school environment where every student feels seen, challenged, and encouraged to be their best.

At LTMS, I work alongside an amazing team to make sure our campus is a place where students thrive, teachers feel supported, and families feel connected. Whether it’s helping manage the day-to-day operations or cheering on our kids at events, I’m proud to be part of the Knight community.
