Leadership Team

Mrs. Keegan Luedecke is thrilled to join Lake Travis Middle School as the principal beginning with the 2026–2027 school year. Bringing a deep-rooted commitment to student success, meaningful relationships, and academic excellence, Mrs. Luedecke is honored to lead the Knight community and build upon the strong foundation of tradition and pride that defines LTMS.

Born into a military family, Mrs. Luedecke lived in various places before making Copperas Cove, Texas, her hometown. She graduated from Copperas Cove High School in 2004 and went on to pursue her passion for education, earning a Bachelor of Professional Studies from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2008 and a Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University in 2014.

Mrs. Luedecke is a familiar and deeply respected face within Lake Travis ISD, where she is entering her 17th year of service. Her diverse experience across the district includes:

• Principal (6 years), Serene Hills Elementary School

• Assistant Principal (3 years), Serene Hills Elementary School

• Administrative Intern & Shadow, Lakeway Elementary School

• Classroom Teacher (9 years), teaching 1st, 3rd, and 4th grades within both Lakeway Elementary and Copperas Cove ISD.

Mrs. Luedecke works closely with staff, students, and families to foster a campus culture centered on high expectations, strong partnerships, and care for every child. She is incredibly excited to channel her energy and experience into supporting older students during a pivotal time in their educational journeys.

Mrs. Luedecke believes that middle school is an incredibly important season filled with growth, discovery, leadership development, and opportunity.

"My commitment is to ensure every student feels supported, challenged, connected, and proud to be part of Lake Travis Middle School," she shares. "Together, we will continue building on the traditions, achievements, and school spirit that make this campus so special while creating new opportunities for students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally."

The Luedecke family is deeply invested in the Lake Travis community. Her husband, Ryan, serves as the Defensive Coordinator for the Lake Travis High School Football team. Together, they are the proud parents of two LTISD students: Landon, a 7th grader right here at LTMS, and Leighanne, a 3rd grader at Serene Hills Elementary.

Outside of her school duties, Mrs. Luedecke loves cheering on the Lake Travis Cavalier sports teams, cheering on her own children in their various endeavors, reading, shopping, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Luedecke looks forward to listening, learning, and building strong relationships with LTMS staff, families, and students in the months ahead. It is truly a great time to be a Knight!

Michael Toth earned his bachelor degree from Huston Tillotson University in Austin, Texas, and completed his Masters in Education Administration at Lamar University. After a long stretch working in the private sector, Mr. Toth decided to act on his passion for teaching and started his career in Lockhart ISD.  Later he moved to Leander ISD where he spent the last 5 years as a Social Studies teacher and coach. He is now really excited to be working at Lake Travis Middle School with some amazing educators. Mr. Toth loves to travel whenever he gets the chance, watch NFL football in the fall, ride his bike, and listen to some live music when he can.

Cristy Kierdorf earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em!). She taught elementary school for four years in Round Rock ISD, and then moved to Lake Travis Middle School as a math teacher for nine years. While teaching, she earned her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University. Ms. Kierdorf enjoys traveling, running, and watching UT football. She loves spending time with family and friends - especially getting to be with her nieces.

Keitha St. Clair earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas in Austin and completed her M.Ed with Lamar University.  Ms. St. Clair began her career with Judson ISD as a history teacher and coach.  She was later part of the team at Comal ISD that opened Canyon Lake High School where she served as an at-risk and credit recovery specialist.  Most recently, Ms. St. Clair served Blanco ISD as their Middle School Principal from 2013-16 and their High School Principal from 2016-20.  In her free time, Ms. St. Clair loves looking at the night sky, gardening, reading, hiking and spending quality time with family and loved ones (including her much loved pets).
